Here's the last of the girls' Valentines...this one's for Miss Katelin {she doesn't mind a bit of glitter}...I covered the negative of a chipboard heart with the new chunky pink glitter (SU!) and layered it onto some of my beloved *Bittersweet* papers. The card base is Rose Red, the sentiment is stamped in Regal Rose on some Pretty in Pink and the ribbon is the wide Regal Rose grosgrain. The buttons are Safrass Lass.
Only one more to go....do you know how hard it is to come up with a Valentine's card for an almost 5 yr old boy???? I'm pretty sure Tommy wouldn't go much on the pink and glitter....LOL!!! But you'll have to come back tomorrow to see what I made :)
OH....as for the random changes in the look of the blog....I had a couple of comments that the cute birdies I'd switched to were a bit overwhelming, so I've temporarily gone back to a plain template until I can work out what I want to do....any ideas would be much appreciated :)
Hope your Monday isn't/wasn't too terrible,
Kristie

How pretty! I canpt wait to see what you made for Tommy!
I liked the birds very much! Pink seems to be working well with all of your Valentine's too.
I switched back to my basic template, but not by choice. My daughter, Julia, did it.
6 months ago we had to invest in a one-click mouse. Julia & Kathryn both would get frustrated when trying to play at starfall.com because they would right click. The school uses one-click mice(?)for the special needs children. We knew we had to do this at home as well to avoid major meltdowns and hoped our girls would learn to use a mouse (and only left click). Be careful what you wish for! Julia & Kathryn no longer need a one-click mouse. Julia, especially, clicks around and moves/hides our icons and gets into all kinds of things be randomly clicking around. She changed my blog :)
You are really making me want to get some of that chunky glitter! This is such a great card, and I know she is going to love all that sparkle!
