Card Box

As I was laying in bed last night, unable to sleep, I realised that I had never shown you the Kaiser Recipe Box that I bought Mama for Mother’s Day. I sanded and painted and stuck on some yummy DP and turned it into a box to keep her finished cards in. It’s done in the same colour as the walls in her craft room, it’s called Lucifer….I know!!!! (The other colour she used is Fairy Wings! Who comes up with the names for paint colours?????) So here are a few pictures of how it turned out:

All of the dividers are decorated in the same way, just using different DP and ribbon. The DP you can see inside the box is the reverse of what’s showing through the *windows* on the sides.

I didn’t go too OTT with this one…Mama is more subtle than I am…LOL! But she really liked it and that’s the main thing :)

OK, I’ll be back on Sunday with my MDUC card for the week….once I get it finished (Hi Kellie!). It’s mostly finished, I just need to put it together. It’s been a long slow process this week!
